1. The e-voucher is for one-time use only, and is valid for one (1) year from date of purchase. To use the voucher, prior reservation is required. Customer must book directly with the hotel through the contact details below, at least five (5) days prior to arrival, and present the e-voucher with QR Code.

2. The discounted rates cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers, corporate rates, contracted rates, group/corporate packages, PWD discounts, and other discounts.
3. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010, whichever is higher.
4. Reservations made using the e-voucher may be modified or cancelled without additional fee, up to 72 hours prior to arrival.  In case of no-show or failure to modify/cancel within 72 hours, the voucher will be forfeited.
5. 5. The e-voucher must be presented upon check-in. 
6. The rate for additional room night/s will be based on the best available rate.
7. Any additional fees for meals, transportation, room upgrade, early check-in, late check-out, and other incidental charges must be settled by the customer directly with the hotel.
8. The e-voucher is non-negotiable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
9. The customer is responsible for safeguarding the e-voucher from unauthorized use. The hotel is not responsible if the voucher is lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without the buyer’s permission. No replacement will be provided in such circumstance.
